What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is for one person finding and assessing opportunities, with 3 reports and 3 action plans a month. Growth adds up to 3 users, 12 reports and 12 action plans a month, the Document Vault and the full My Bids workflow.
What is the difference between an AI report and a Professional Assessment?
AI Readiness Reports are generated automatically from your Company DNA and the official notice. The Professional Readiness Assessment is a human review of one tender, with a written recommendation and a 20-minute call.
Can I buy an Assessment without subscribing?
Yes. Both professional services are available without a subscription.
Does DAVIA write or submit tenders?
No. DAVIA does not write bids or submit tenders on your behalf. Bid Coordination covers organisation and administrative support only, within an agreed scope.
How does the free trial work?
Create a free account with just your email — no card. You get your Company DNA, daily matched UK tenders and GO / NO-GO verdicts straight away. When you want Dani, Action Plans and calendar alerts, add a card to start the 7-day Starter trial: £0 today, then £79 per month unless you cancel before day 7 ends. Cancel any time from Manage billing.
What happens when I use all my reports?
Reports you have already opened stay available and re-opening them uses no allowance. New reports become available when your next monthly period starts, or straight away if you move to Growth. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, from Team & settings → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel or my trial ends?
Your information is not deleted when paid features lock. Our data retention policy will be published before the public launch.
Are the reports reviewed by a human?
No. Subscription reports are automated. Human review is only included in the Professional Readiness Assessment.
Does DAVIA guarantee eligibility or contract wins?
No. Always confirm eligibility in the official tender pack. DAVIA does not guarantee eligibility, shortlisting or awards.
Is VAT included?
The tax treatment will be confirmed before online payments open and shown clearly at checkout.
