Privacy, account data & cookies
DAVIA is run by Denise Daví. We use the details you send us (name, email, agency details, enquiry or account data) to provide our services and reply to you.
Your account and agency information
Company DNA contains the services, capabilities, constraints and evidence you choose to save. Saved bids, reports, action plans, documents and assistant conversations belong to your organisation’s workspace, not the public tender search. Access is restricted to authorised organisation members.
If you ask DAVIA to study your website, relevant public pages are read and processed with an AI service to suggest Company DNA fields. You review those suggestions before saving them. Dani and automated reports process relevant tender and workspace information with AI services to provide the requested answers; do not enter information you are not authorised to share.
Cancellation and data requests
Ending a subscription or trial restricts paid features; it does not automatically delete your account, Company DNA or saved workspace information. Cancelling billing and asking for data deletion are separate requests. A fixed retention period for inactive workspaces and enquiries has not yet been approved; contact DAVIA for clarification before sharing sensitive information.
To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, email info@davia.uk. We will verify that the request is authorised and explain any information that must be retained for legal or billing obligations before handling the request. Deleting an individual account does not necessarily authorise deletion of a shared organisation’s information.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags and cookies to measure enquiries and free account registrations and help optimise advertising. A free registration is not a paid subscription or activation of the 7-day Starter trial. When measurement is permitted, Google and Meta receive information such as the page visited, the fact that an enquiry was sent or an account was created, browser details, cookie identifiers and a pseudonymous event reference used to avoid duplicate counting. We do not send your email address or name to them.
In the UK, EU and other regions that require it, these tags do not load unless you click Accept. Elsewhere they load by default and you can switch them off.
Your browser retains your advertising choice, the time of that choice, the notice version, purposes and recipients, and previous choices so a withdrawal does not erase the earlier acceptance record. Events blocked by your choice are not sent later if you accept.
Changing your choice
You can accept or withdraw at any time with "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Withdrawal stops measurement straight away. Learn how Google and Meta use data.
